8 Ways to STOP Overeating: A FREE Guide - GRAB YOUR COPY HERE

I provide therapy and coaching either
in-person (if you live in Brisbane, Qld) or via Skype.

Feeling your best isn’t something you can outsource;
it’s a reality you create one step at a time

How can I help you?

I want you to know that you don’t have to hate yourself or body anymore. There is a way to free yourself from misery and self-loathing and I can show you how to do this. I can teach you how to start treating yourself with love and kindness and dignity and self-respect so that you can get on with living the kind of life you want to, that you only think is possible if you were thinner.

My passion is

Empowering women to live their lives more freely and fully, to help them end the struggle with food, eating and body image, so they can get on with creating richer more meaningful and fulfilled lives.

I help women who are struggling with the following issues:

  • Weight issues (& gastric banding/bariatric surgery)
  • Overeating, emotional and compulsive eating
  • Chronic dieting and Anorexia
  • Body Dysmorphic Disorder (an extreme form of body self-hatred)
  • Binge eating and Bulimia
  • Body image and self esteem
  • Self care and healthy habits
  • Life coaching & career issues
  • Adjusting to life’s difficulties and challenges
  • Stress and burnout
  • Health related difficulties

I adapt my therapeutic approach

To suit the individual needs of my clients, as each person is unique with their own set of Values, strengths and challenges.  I am trained in a wide variety of therapies including:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),
  • Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Therapy,
  • Interpersonal Therapy, and
  • Psychodynamic Therapy.

I also have an additional qualification as an Eating Psychology and Mind Body Nutrition Coach through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating.
